INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION and Young Scholar Award Application

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To complete abstract submission and registration processes, you need to create your own "My page". After creating "My page", your password will be delivered automatically to your e-mail address. If you don't receive your password within a day, please write to

You can login to your own "My page" with your ID (your e-mail address) and password, and all registration processes can be executed through "My page".

Please be noted your abstract should be written in English and submitted by A4 size, 1 page only. No additional pages will be accepted. It should contain the title of paper, author(s), affiliation(s), postal address, main text (including all figures, tables and references) and e-mail address of the corresponding author. The abstract submission should be made only by the corresponding author. Detailed instructions can be found in the abstract template.

The abstract file should be created in pdf form and named as the corresponding author's name (lastname_firstname.pdf) to upload through "My page".

The Program Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author at the beginning of March 2020.

Young Scholar Award (YSA)

Youngs scientist awards go to early-career researchers and students who contribute to NCNC2020 with an outstanding oral or poster presentation.

Applicants should construct a presentation that is based on own research.

The presentations will be evaluated on novelty and scientific merit by the steering committee. Whether the applicant is younger than 35 years or not will weigh in on the evaluation. The recipients of a poster presentation award will be announced during the conference dinner and the recipients of an oral presentation award will be notified electronically by the steering committee after the conference.


The due date of abstract submission and Young Scholar Award Application is January 17th (Fri), 2020.
